Competition Law Training from TAU-SEM

Within the scope of TAU-SEM's corporate training activities, Competition Law Training was given to the field staff of Başak Satış Pazarlama ve Yatırım A.Ş. on 25.01.2024.
After the training given to Başak Traktör personnel last year, this time the field staff of the company received training on Competition Law at the company's factory in Sakarya.
The training started with information about the history of Competition Law and its development in our country, and detailed information was provided on issues such as restriction of competition, the concepts of agreement and concerted action, dealer relations and agreements, issues to be considered in dealer relations and agreements, issues to be considered in communication with competitors in areas such as fairs and in private life / information sharing sensitive to competition.
