EXPERT MEDIATION TRAINING IN CONSUMER LAW


Prerequisites: Being registered in the registry of mediators

Purpose of Training: Within the framework of the program, to provide mediators with the necessary knowledge and skills regarding disputes experienced by consumers with suppliers or sellers on issues such as quality of products or services, delivery time, price, warranty, repair or replacement, and to enable mediators to formally carry out the Mediation activity in Consumer Law, which is a requirement for litigation. are intended to be carried out.

Training Date: 16-20 October 2023

Application Deadline: October 11, 2023

Training Duration: It is planned to give a total of 32 hours of lessons, 24 hours of theory and 8 hours of practical training.

                         Monday-Thursday: 14.00-21.00
                         Friday: 11.00-20.00

Quota: Minimum 15, maximum 24 participants

Certificate: Participants who attend 1/12 of the courses and successfully complete the training will be given a certificate of participation.
