YKS Session 3 (YDT-ENGLISH) Camp - Online

YKS 3RD SESSION (YDT-ENGLISH) CAMP 
ONLINE COURSE

In the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year within the Continuing Education Center of our University, an 8-week Online YKS 3rd Session (YDT-ENGLISH) Course will be opened for a total of 8 weeks (over 80 lesson hours) to cover the months of April-June. In case the number of participants reaches 15 people, the trainings will start online within the calendar specified below.

TRAINING CONTENT

Vocabulary/Linguistics/Connective-Edat/Cloze Test Questions: 12 hours
Sentence Completion/Sentence Appropriate Expression/Dialogue Completion/Solution of Sentence Questions with Synonyms: 12 hours
Paragraph/Paragraph Completion/Sentence Questions that Disrupt Meaning in Paragraph: 36 hours
Solving Translation Questions: 8 hours
Essay Solutions: 12 hours

LEVEL

Candidates are required to have at least B1 English language level.

TOTAL CLASS HOURS

80 Hours, 8 Weeks (Classes will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays between 18.00-21.30 on Mondays and Wednesdays for the first 6 weeks, four lessons a day, eight lessons a week, the last two weeks will be an intensive lesson plan).

COURSE FEE

The fee is set at 8,000 TL. Certain discounts will be applied for TGU member participants, TGU students and alumni.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments will be deposited on behalf of the Turkish-German University Revolving Fund Management Directorate, Halkbank Beykoz Branch, with the IBAN number in the same mail when you receive the 'class is open' e-mail.

Please write your name, surname and 'YDT-English Course Fee' in the explanation section.

*If the fees deposited to the account will not be deposited by the trainee himself/herself, the identity (Name, Surname and TR Identity Number) and contact information of the person who deposited the course fee to the bank account should be included and the Name-Surname of the trainee and 'YDT ENGLISH Course Fee' should be written in the Description section.

YKS 3RD SESSION (YDT-I ENGLISH) COURSE OPENING AND EXECUTION CONDITIONS 

1. TGU staff and their 1st degree relatives, TGU students and graduates will receive a discount.
2. The responsibility for the program content belongs to the relevant faculty member.
3. In the event that the program is not opened due to insufficient number of participants (15 participants) or if the program cannot be carried out due to legal or extraordinary reasons, the participants who have paid the fee will be refunded according to the decision of the relevant Board and/or Unit of TGU. No interest or similar delay compensation is paid in the refund of the participation fee.
4. No full or partial refund will be made to those who register and do not attend the courses.
5. In other matters, the relevant regulations and decisions to be taken by the TAU-SEM Board of Directors are valid. 
6. Those who register for the program are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
