Cooperation between Our University and ADDWORX

At the meeting held at TGU Rectorate Office on December 20, 2022, a cooperation protocol in education was signed between TGU-CEC (Turkish-German University-Continuing Education Center) and German Addworx company, and the training to be given to students by the company was launched.

With the cooperation protocol signed by TGU-CEC Director Prof. Dr. Elif Nuroğlu and one of the co-founders of ADDWORX Company, Sinan İlhan; free DATEV accounting software training process, which will be given by the company to the students of Turkish-German University – The Departments of Economics and Business Administration, has started. TGU Rector Prof. Dr. Cemal Yıldız congratulated the parties and wished that the cooperation would be productive for both institutions.  On behalf of our university Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hamide Özden Özkaya Ferendeci, Secretary General Özgür Şirin, Vice Secretary General Sebahat Özcan, and representing ADDWORX, the other co-founder of the company Mustafa Özal and Mahmut Sami Sarp also attended the meeting.

After the signings, a launch was held at Siemens Automation Laboratory located in TGU ALUAM (Research Laboratories Convention and Research Center) Building for 20 students who were entitled to receive free training to be given by the managers of ADDWORX.

During the launch, the ADDWORX Student Panel was first introduced, and then Herr Janßen, General Director of DUT Wirtschaftsfachschule Berlin, who will provide students the financial accounting and year-end closing procedures, attended the meeting online and gave information about the trainings. The meeting, in which a demo session was held, ended with the distribution of computers and other equipment provided by the company to the students.
