Entrepreneurship and Management Program in the Coffee Industry

CERTIFIED 'ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IN THE COFFEE INDUSTRY' IN COLLABORATION WITH TAÜ-SEM & GİZCİ A.Ş.

Registrations will be accepted for the certified 'Entrepreneurship and Management Program in the Coffee Sector' organized in cooperation with TAU-SEM and GİZCİ A.Ş. 

PURPOSE OF EDUCATION

-Informing participants about coffee,
-To convey information about the sector to people who are in the process of establishing a business in the coffee sector or who want to adapt their existing business to the coffee sector,
-To provide students with alternatives that will provide them with additional income during their domestic and international education,
-To equip the unemployed with barista training and to make them coffee experts through theoretical and practical training about coffee,
-To train baristas who have experience in the coffee industry as managers.

-Theoretical: Coffee Education
-Practical: Machine and Brewing Training
-Interpersonal communication
-Business Administration
-Equipment Introduction, Welcoming and Ordering/Receiving in German and English
-New Shop Simulation
-Canvas Model
-SWOT Analysis

APPLICATION CONDITIONS

Anyone who is over 18 years old and fluent in Turkish can participate in the training.

CERTIFICATE

All participants who successfully complete the training will be presented with a certificate by TAU-SEM. The certificate can be viewed via E-Government.

EDUCATION FEE

32,000 TL (discount will be given to TAU Alumni and Members).
